The company’s new identity reflects its expansion into multiple residential sectors, coinciding with the launch of the 400-plus-unit Palm Tree Residences Miami.
MIAMI, FL — October 26, 2026 — EDEN Multifamily has announced its rebrand to EDEN Residential, reflecting the company’s evolution into a diversified residential development platform encompassing multifamily housing, build-to-rent (BTR) communities, and for-sale condominiums.
The rebrand marks a milestone as the company continues expanding its presence across multiple residential asset classes throughout the Southeast and beyond.
“Over the past decade, our company has evolved well beyond traditional multifamily development,” said Marc Chasin of EDEN Residential. “The transition from EDEN Multifamily to EDEN Residential better reflects who we are today — a fully integrated residential development company focused on identifying opportunities across all residential verticals, including multifamily, build-to-rent (BTR) and for-sale condominiums and communities.”
Chasin added that the company’s ability to operate across multiple residential sectors positions it for long-term growth as market conditions evolve.
Palm Tree Residences Miami Marks First Condominium Development
The announcement coincides with the recent launch of Palm Tree Residences Miami, a luxury condominium development featuring more than 400 residences.
The project is being developed in partnership with Sterling Equities, PMG, Lion Development Group, and Palm Tree Crew, the global entertainment, hospitality, and investment company co-founded by internationally renowned music producer Kygo and entrepreneur Myles Shear.
Palm Tree Residences Miami will be the first-ever Palm Tree-branded residential development.
In 2022, EDEN formed a joint venture with Sterling Equities to expand its residential development and investment platform throughout the Southeast. Palm Tree Residences Miami represents EDEN’s first condominium project under the partnership and marks its expansion into another residential category.
EDEN Expands Residential Development Pipeline
Beyond its condominium development activities, EDEN continues to expand its build-to-rent portfolio.
In August 2025, the company began construction on a townhome BTR community in the Steele Creek neighborhood of Charlotte, North Carolina, in partnership with Peakline Real Estate Funds. The project remains under construction.
EDEN has also recently completed four build-to-rent communities throughout Florida, totaling more than 1,000 residential units. The company retains ownership of those properties.
Across its multifamily, BTR, and condominium developments, EDEN currently maintains a development pipeline of nearly 2,500 residential units.
“We’ve built a strong and highly collaborative strategic partnership with EDEN over the past several years,” said Greg Katz of Sterling Equities. “The rebrand to EDEN Residential reflects the company’s impressive growth trajectory and the team’s ability to successfully execute across a broad range of residential product types and market cycles.”
Katz also expressed enthusiasm for the partnership’s continued momentum and future expansion opportunities.
The new EDEN Residential identity reflects the company’s long-term strategy to bring its residential developments together under one brand while maintaining flexibility across different housing sectors.
