The 86-residence luxury condominium tower reaches its full structural height, with delivery anticipated in mid-2027.

ESTERO, FL — October 30, 2026 — Kolter Urban has announced the topping out of The Island at West Bay Club, a 24-story luxury condominium development featuring 86 residences in Estero, Florida.

The construction milestone marks the completion of the tower’s primary structural framework as work continues on the building’s interiors, systems and residential finishes. Delivery is anticipated in mid-2027.

Located within the 868-acre West Bay Club community, The Island is the ninth and final residential neighborhood planned within the established private-club development.

A 24-Story Tower With 86 Residences

Designed by GarciaStromberg, The Island at West Bay Club features contemporary coastal architecture and a residential layout emphasizing space and privacy.

The tower includes four residences per typical floor, with each home occupying a corner position to provide multiple exposures and wraparound terraces.

The three- and four-bedroom-plus-den residences range from approximately 3,300 to more than 6,270 square feet.

According to the developer, residences will feature private access-controlled elevators, 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, expansive outdoor living areas and designer-selected interiors.

The development will also include two penthouse residences.

“With only four residences per floor, The Island offers an exceptional sense of privacy within a vibrant private country club community,” said Brian Van Slyke, President of Kolter Urban’s Florida West Coast operations.

Construction Advances Toward 2027 Delivery

Manhattan Construction Company is serving as construction manager for the development.

According to the project announcement, construction teams have been progressing on interior framing, window installation, building systems and residential finishes while completing the tower’s structural framework.

With the building now at its full structural height, construction will increasingly focus on completing residences, common areas and amenities.

“Topping out The Island represents an important achievement for our skilled professionals and trade partners whose coordination, expertise and dedication have brought this tower to its full height,” said Craig Bryant, Vice President of Manhattan Construction Group.

The developer currently anticipates delivery in mid-2027.

Private-Club Amenities and Coastal Setting

The Island will feature two levels of amenities reserved for tower residents, complementing the recreational facilities available within the surrounding West Bay Club community.

West Bay Club includes an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Pete and P.B. Dye, a private Gulf-front Beach Club, dining facilities, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness and wellness amenities, and a River Park offering kayaking and waterway access.

Access to certain club facilities is subject to membership requirements.

The development overlooks Estero Bay, the Gulf and surrounding natural preserves, with residences designed to take advantage of the area’s coastal setting.
