Sentral Enters Fort Lauderdale Market With 44-Story Veneto Las Olas

The residential-hospitality operator adds the Related Group-developed, 259-residence tower to its portfolio as it expands to 22 U.S. markets.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL — October 30, 2026 — Sentral, a residential-hospitality operator headquartered in Denver, has entered the Fort Lauderdale market with the addition of Veneto Las Olas, a 44-story residential tower developed by Related Group.

The property, located at 201 South Federal Highway, includes 259 residences and sits one block north of Las Olas Boulevard. The expansion marks Sentral’s first entry into Fort Lauderdale and comes alongside the addition of Diega, a residential community in downtown San Diego.

With the two properties joining its portfolio, Sentral now operates in 22 markets across the United States.

Veneto Las Olas Joins Sentral’s Portfolio

Developed by Related Group, Veneto Las Olas features 259 residences across 44 floors in downtown Fort Lauderdale.

According to Sentral, each residence includes a private terrace with zoning-protected views of the Atlantic Ocean and New River. Interior features include ceiling heights ranging from nine to 12 feet, floor-to-ceiling European cabinetry and waterfall-edge kitchen islands.

The building’s amenities include a ninth-floor pool deck and wellness center, along with a resident lounge, fitness center and theater located on the 25th and 26th floors.

The property adds a South Florida residential community to Sentral’s portfolio of properties offering long-term residences and furnished stays.

“We selected Sentral for its hospitality-driven approach and its proven ability to deliver strong performance for owners,” said Joey Ramos, Multi-Family Asset Manager at Veneto Las Olas, in the company’s announcement.

Sentral Expands Its National Operations

The Fort Lauderdale entry is part of a broader expansion announced by Sentral on October 30.

The company also added Diega, a 617-residence community developed by Bosa Development at 702 Broadway in downtown San Diego. According to Sentral, Diega represents its largest single property addition of 2026.

The San Diego development consists of two residential towers and includes a Sky Terrace pool and spa, coworking spaces, resident lounges, ground-floor retail and other amenities.

“Diega and Veneto Las Olas are among the most distinctive residential properties in their markets, and they reflect the kind of growth we are pursuing,” said Roman Speron, CEO of Sentral. “We are honored to partner with their ownership groups, and look forward to delivering strong results for both.”

A Residential-Hospitality Operating Model

Sentral specializes in full-building residential operations, combining traditional apartment living with hospitality-oriented services and furnished accommodation options.

According to the company, it manages more than $7 billion in assets for institutional property owners across its 22 U.S. markets.

The company is backed by ICONIQ Capital, Highgate Hotels, DivCore Capital and Ascendant Capital Partners.

Sentral also announced a refreshed brand identity and redesigned website alongside its latest portfolio expansion.

The addition of Veneto Las Olas establishes Sentral’s presence in Fort Lauderdale’s residential market through an existing development rather than a newly announced construction project.
