MIAMI — October 28, 2026 — A record 26 countries will be represented at the 29th MIAMI Global Real Estate Congress, scheduled for November 1–4, 2026, according to an announcement from the MIAMI Association of REALTORS® + RWorld.
Approximately 60 international delegates are expected to attend the annual gathering at the association’s Global Headquarters in Miami. Organizers anticipate more than 200 real estate professionals will participate in the four-day event.
The Congress will feature international market briefings, industry presentations, networking sessions, receptions and luxury property tours designed to connect South Florida real estate professionals with international markets.
International Real Estate Leaders to Gather in Miami
Participating countries include Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Portugal, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom, among others.
Confirmed participants include Kevin Crigger of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, Antonia Mercorella of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland, Nathan Emerson of Propertymark and Hacı Ali Taylan, president of Türkiye’s Federation of All Real Estate Agents (TEMFED).
Representatives from international real estate organizations will discuss market conditions, industry trends and business opportunities during the opening-day briefings on November 1.
Four Days of International Programming
The Congress begins Sunday, November 1, with presentations from international real estate leaders.
On Monday, November 2, the event’s signature flag ceremony will recognize MIAMI REALTORS®’ global partners on a 75-foot stage.
Programming on November 2 and 3 will include discussions of global real estate trends, networking opportunities and luxury property tours showcasing South Florida’s market.
The event concludes Wednesday, November 4, with a half-day Young Professionals Network Congress focused on emerging real estate professionals.
Teresa King Kinney, co-CEO of MIAMI REALTORS® + RWorld, established the Congress in July 1996. In the association’s announcement, she emphasized the importance of maintaining international partnerships and creating business opportunities across borders.
The association said additional countries could be announced before the event.
